• Apply oil or lotion to your face before using your cup. This helps the cup glide smoothly and softly across the skin
• We recommend working one side of your face at a time.
• Squeeze the air out of the silicone cup before applying it to your skin.
• Place the cup over the area of concerns. Follow the lines on the picture below and repeat each one 3 times.
• Use your free hand to anchor skin behind the cup for a smoother glide and to prevent pulling on skin.  
• Always keep the cup moving and keep a steady pace while doing your cupping exercises to avoid leaving a mark.
